I have held management roles within technology and creative industries for the last 20 years, and have acquired extensive business knowledge in human resources, finance and office operations. As a senior human resources professional, I have created and implemented step-by-step job search programs. In addition, I’ve partnered with individuals to either broaden their current careers or to search for and create a new career path.

What brings me immense satisfaction as a coach? Helping you examine your values, define your current skills and areas of interests, and then use this knowledge to grow into the life you envision.

My BA is in Social Science and I have furthered my life learning by participating in different experiences: the Stephen Covey seminar, “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”; career planning and development classes at New York University; and am currently enrolled in the Professional Certified Coach training program at the International Coach Academy.

I have raised two children as a single parent, faced the challenges, treasured the wins our family had, and developed strong relationships with both of them. Life has provided me with a lot of rich experiences, and this wisdom is what I bring to my coaching.
